Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
